Xiamen C&D Inc. was solely sponsored by Xiamen C&D Corp. Ltd. and approved by Xiamen Municipal Government and China Securities Regulatory Commission to raise funds by public issuing of common RMB shares and incorporated into a joint-stock company limited. We are mainly engaged in import and export, logistics, real estate development and management, and industrial investment.

On May 25, 1998, Xiamen C&D Inc. issued to the public 50,000,000 common RMB shares at the price of 6.01 per share on Shanghai Stock Exchange and on June 16, 1998, Xiamen C&D Inc. was listed on Shanghai Stock Exchange.

Xiamen C&D Inc. (abbr. as C&D Inc.) has continually carried on the authorities of trade import and export of Xiamen C&D Corp. since it was established in June, 1998. The total trade amount is increasing bit by bit in these years. In 2008, the import and export volume of Xiamen C&D Inc. reached USD1,925,140,000, Our major products include mechanical and electronics products, textiles, light industry products, arts and crafts, hardware and mineral products, chemical products, medical care devices and equipment, health care products, and cereal and oil products.

Listed as one of "the most competitive listed companies in Fujian Province" in the past two consecutive years. We have been entitled as one of "the Grade AAA Faithful Enterprises' by Xiamen Financial Evaluation Institution in recent years. Exchange evaluated by Shanghai Stock Exchange and East China Branch of People's Daily. When the national Commerce Ministry publicized the list of top 200 export enterprises and top 500 import and export enterprises of 2007 in China, we ranked the 133th place in top 200 export enterprises and the 90th place in top 500 import and export enterprises.
